Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive and experienced leader to manage the operational distribution networks for electricity, gas, and water in Burgwedel. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary guidance of assigned staff, coordinating daily activities, setting objectives, and ensuring quality and cost control for network operation products and external services. Key responsibilities include managing operational sales for smaller projects, handling complaint management, maintaining relationships with local municipalities, and acquiring new contracts. Candidates must possess a Master/Technician qualification (Electricity or Gas) or a technical Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, complemented by multi-utility network qualifications (or willingness to obtain them). The position requires practical experience within a distribution network operator environment and strong leadership skills, acting as a role model and driving the company's HSE culture.
