Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically qualified professional looking to drive the digital transformation of maintenance processes within the energy sector. As a Process Specialist, you will be instrumental in optimizing and digitizing maintenance operations, focusing heavily on IT systems like EAM, ASS, and the new Workforce Management system. Day-to-day tasks involve independently coordinating your subject area within the IT system landscape, developing and conducting training materials and sessions, and creating and executing test scripts for new functions and system rollouts. You will also provide 2nd-level support, troubleshoot issues, and manage user inquiries. Success in this position requires a strong background in network operation or construction, excellent process thinking, and the ability to communicate complex changes effectively to various stakeholders, contributing actively to the future of energy supply.
