Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Patent Attorney specializing in Physics, Process Engineering, or Materials Science to manage complex industrial property rights cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and representing clients before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA). Core tasks include drafting, filing, and prosecuting national and international patent applications, conducting comprehensive patent searches and legal opinions, and providing guidance to junior staff and patent engineers. The ideal candidate must be an admitted representative with a strong scientific foundation and proven analytical abilities, capable of quickly grasping complex technical and legal matters, including initial experience in patent infringement.
