Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Electronics Development Engineer focused on Naval Solutions, contributing to high-end defense technology for HENSOLDT Optronics. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full development lifecycle of hardware components, spanning requirements definition through to series production. Key tasks involve designing complex power electronics, mixed analog-digital circuits (including OpAmp, ADC, DAC, FPGA, and Power-MOSFET), motor control systems, and electronics for video processing and system communication (CAN, Ethernet). A critical aspect is the design of intricate PCB layouts utilizing SMD fine-pitch and BGA technologies, ensuring compliance with IPC, VDE, MIL, and EMC standards. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field and possess professional experience in the V-Model, agile development tools, and EMC-compliant design. This position offers an unlimited contract with the attractive prospect of permanent takeover by the client.
