This role seeks a Development Engineer specializing in Power Electronics and Automation to join HENSOLDT Sensors in Ulm. The primary responsibilities involve translating complex technical system requirements into actionable segments, investigating the feasibility of designs, defining system infrastructure, and specifying system integration, including self-testing procedures. You will be instrumental in describing interfaces and assigning application requirements within HENSOLDT's high-end radar, optoelectronic, and electronic warfare systems. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or Automation Technology and possess professional experience in technical documentation. Essential technical knowledge includes drive technology, environmentally sound design concepts, and PLC programming. The position requires strong communication skills, teamwork ability, high responsibility, and fluency in German alongside proficient English, offering an excellent pathway to permanent employment.
