Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the overall Project Management team and leadership. Key daily responsibilities include preparing essential project documentation, presentations, and correspondence, as well as tracking action items and task lists. The assistant will be crucial in managing logistics, including planning internal and external project meetings and events with corporate and governmental institutions, and coordinating travel arrangements for project activities. Furthermore, the role involves critical HR support tasks, such as managing staff absences within the HR system and assisting with personnel changes (onboarding, transfers, and exits). A core function is processing electronic purchase requisitions for a wide range of materials, including IT hardware, office supplies, and training measures. Candidates must possess a completed university degree or commercial training, fluent proficiency in both German and English, and several years of experience in Office Management, ideally coupled with exposure to supportive project management functions. Success requires strong MS Office skills, high initiative, and excellent communication abilities.
