Job Summary

This role involves coordinating the introduction of new ERP software, specifically focused on financial accounting functionalities, within the Accounting and Finance department. The coordinator will serve as the project representative for the department, overseeing project organization, coordinating process mapping, and supporting key users in integrating existing specialized procedures (like online banking and enforcement procedures) with the new ERP system. Key responsibilities include creating necessary process descriptions, modeling processes (potentially using specialized software like Picture), and conducting training sessions for municipal employees. The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and resource availability, and assisting management with relevant tasks. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and planning competence, demonstrate goal-oriented and independent work methods, and have relevant qualifications in Public Administration or Business Administration. This is a permanent position offering high autonomy, responsibility, and flexible working models in a supportive team environment in Lübeck.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Public Administration (e.g., B.A. Public Administration or equivalent German Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt/in (FH)) OR qualification for career path group 2, 1st entry level, General Services OR Second Employee Examination (Verwaltungsfachwirt:in); OR a completed degree in Business Administration (Bachelor/Diplom FH). Impending completion of these qualifications is also accepted.

Experience
