Key daily responsibilities include setting up and managing workstations (hardware, software, network access), administering user accounts and access rights using tools like Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and assisting with system rollouts and updates. The specialist will also be responsible for documenting incidents and solutions within a ticketing system and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT support processes. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification, strong German and English skills, and experience with Windows/Linux environments, ticketing systems, and remote tools.
