Job Summary
This role seeks a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for an established business services firm located centrally in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the reception area, warmly greeting guests, handling all incoming and outgoing communication (phone, mail, messages), and ensuring the smooth operation and administration of meeting rooms. The coordinator will also provide essential administrative support, manage office supplies inventory and ordering, and maintain internal documentation and databases. The ideal candidate must possess professional experience in reception or general office organization, demonstrate proficiency with MS Office applications, and maintain a structured, independent working style, even under pressure.
