Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join a globally operating industrial company in central Hamburg, specializing in innovative heat transfer solutions. The core responsibilities include managing the full accounts receivable process, executing active debt collection (dunning), and collaborating with collection agencies. A crucial part of the role involves comprehensive credit management, including conducting credit analyses, setting, and monitoring credit limits. Furthermore, the specialist will generate manual invoices, credit notes, and commission statements, working closely with the Sales department and the Shared Service Center. Candidates must possess a completed commercial education or equivalent professional experience, profound knowledge of Accounts Receivable Accounting and Credit Management, and proficiency in MS 365 (especially Excel) and ERP systems. Excellent written and spoken German and English are mandatory for success in this international environment.
