Job Summary

This role is based at a technical service provider specializing in electrical engineering solutions for the chemical industry in Dormagen. The Service Technician is primarily responsible for ensuring the operational readiness and reliability of complex electrical systems and technical infrastructure. Daily tasks involve performing maintenance and repair work, conducting thorough fault analysis and troubleshooting, and carrying out mandatory inspections according to DIN/VDE standards. A critical component of the role is meticulous documentation of all completed work and providing expert technical consultation and support to customers on site. You will also assist the team with system modifications and modernizations. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in electrical engineering (such as Energy and Building Technology or Industrial Technology) and demonstrate a self-reliant, solution-oriented working style.
