This role involves providing high-level, professional IT support specifically tailored for executive-level clients within a major European IT service provider, supporting an end-customer like Bayer AG. The specialist will manage and resolve IT tickets within agreed Service Levels, focusing on end-user devices and conference room technology. Day-to-day tasks include handling IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) orders, performing repairs, exchanges, and system restorations, and ensuring meticulous documentation of asset data and knowledge base entries. A key focus is maintaining system stability through proactive maintenance and implementing preventive measures. The ideal candidate must possess a background in IT systems integration or equivalent, excellent knowledge of standard hardware and Windows environments, and proven experience supporting VIP customers. Strong organizational skills, stress resistance, and fluency in German, along with good English skills, are essential for success in this demanding, customer-oriented position.
