Job Summary

This role as a Production Planner involves managing the entire production scheduling lifecycle for an international manufacturer of personal care and cosmetic products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing production orders, analyzing relevant data, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks to prevent bottlenecks. A key function is the continuous optimization and improvement of existing production processes. Candidates must possess a completed commercial or technical vocational qualification, such as a Machine Technician, coupled with solid experience in industrial production planning, preferably within the chemical, cosmetics, or food sectors. Fluency in German is mandatory, along with reliability and flexibility to work within a regulated three-shift system.
