Job Summary

This critical role involves taking overall technical and disciplinary responsibility for production staff and processes within the manufacturing environment. Key daily activities include planning, monitoring, and optimizing production processes to meet organizational goals, while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, hygiene concepts, and occupational safety regulations. The manager will also play a crucial part in establishing new production lines and leading specialized projects focused on plant and process optimization. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, coupled with prior leadership experience, preferably as a Plant or Operations Manager in the pharmaceutical or food industries. Success requires strong communication and leadership skills, a hands-on approach, decisiveness, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
