Job Summary

This role as a Quality Assurance Specialist involves ensuring strict adherence to GMP guidelines and quality standards within a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating and conducting internal audits, managing and updating critical GMP documentation, and overseeing change control procedures. You will also be responsible for specialized programs such as Pest Control and the site's Monitoring Program, and actively manage the FSSC22000 certification process. Furthermore, the specialist will run the training system, conducting necessary GMP and hygiene training sessions, and assist with supplier qualification through assessments. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Process Engineering) or vocational training combined with multi-year professional experience, ideally in pharmaceutical QA. Success requires strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and fluent command of both German and English, offering a permanent contract and flexible working hours.
