Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing all aspects of vocational training and professional development for the city administration of Barsinghausen. The Training Manager acts as the central point of contact for all training-related matters, independently organizing recruitment procedures for new junior staff, supporting them throughout their training period, and coordinating their subsequent placement after graduation. Key responsibilities also include preparing for and attending career fairs, and serving as the primary contact for further education, advanced training, and internships. Candidates must possess a relevant administrative, HR, or business degree/qualification (such as a Bachelor's in Public Administration or HR Management) or extensive professional experience in public service.
