Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position in the public sector of Barsinghausen involves comprehensive responsibilities in procurement and organizational management. The specialist will oversee critical procurement processes, manage the municipal vehicle fleet (Dienstwagenflotte), handle office literature procurement and administration, and take responsibility for administrative services (Verwaltungsservice) and relocation management (Umzugsmanagement). The ideal candidate must possess a relevant Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualifications, coupled with strong German language skills (B2 minimum). Required Skills

Education

Bachelor of Arts or Diploma (FH) in Public Administration or Administrative Business Management; or successful completion of Angestelltenlehrgang II; or Angestelltenlehrgang I; or a degree in Economics or a Specialist in Commercial/Business Administration (Fachwirt im kaufmännischen Bereich)

Experience

  • Professional experience in the public administration sector (desirable)
  • Experience in the practical application of Public Procurement Law (desirable)
  • At least twenty years of professional experience with an employer covered by TVöD or comparable collective agreements, if holding Angestelltenlehrgang I
  • Several years of experience in activities starting from remuneration group 8 (if holding Angestelltenlehrgang I)
