Job Summary

This role involves working as a dedicated Scrum Master for exciting projects within Airbus Defence and Space. The primary focus is on facilitating and organizing all Scrum meetings, managing team conflicts, and actively removing impediments to ensure smooth workflow. A core responsibility is coaching development teams on agile principles, fostering autonomy, self-organization, and a culture of trust and openness. The successful candidate will also contribute to the continuous improvement and development of agile processes across the organization, requiring synchronization with other agile areas within Airbus. Candidates must possess a background in Computer Science or a related technical/commercial field, professional experience in agile software development, and proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence. Fluent communication in both German and English is mandatory, along with strong communication skills and assertiveness.
