Job Summary

This role involves ensuring process quality and efficiency across the entire Delivery Organization, reporting directly to management. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting extensive process analyses, deriving actionable improvement suggestions, and coordinating various internal stakeholders to ensure seamless, efficient process flows. A key daily task is implementing organizational and IT-side process changes, documenting them using ARIS, and managing their approval. The position requires a strong background in Process Controlling within large corporations and high data literacy, specifically utilizing ERP, BI systems, and database software. This is a crucial role for maintaining high service quality and actively contributing to the governance and continuous optimization of critical processes, supporting Germany's digital future within a complex IT infrastructure environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree or comparable vocational training; Certified Controller (IHK) or comparable certification is advantageous; ITIL 4 certifications are desirable

Experience

  • Minimum four years of professional experience in process optimization and controlling
  • Very good knowledge in Process Controlling in large corporations
  • Professional experience implementing organizational and IT-side process changes
  • Experience with ARIS documentation
