Job Summary

This role is centered within the Service & Solution Delivery Management organization, focusing on managing complex customer projects related to the installation and implementation of Imaging Systems across the DACH region. The Customer Project Manager acts as the primary coordinator, supporting the sales organization by consulting on system setup options and accurately calculating system implementation costs. Daily tasks involve steering the complete customer order lifecycle, from confirmation through project realization, requiring close coordination with customers, sales, external trades, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include creating detailed project schedules, coordinating assembly workflows based on cycle time requirements, and actively monitoring project forecasts and revenue risks. Successful candidates must hold a completed degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Electrical or Medical Technology) and possess a minimum of five years of professional experience specifically within the domain of Imaging Systems, alongside proven project management expertise.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Project Management
