Job Summary

This role as an ML/AI Developer/Engineer involves working within the Risk division to help clients establish and optimize risk and governance functions using cutting-edge machine learning solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing robust ML models and data pipelines, supporting crucial data preprocessing and feature engineering tasks, and optimizing model performance while managing extensive datasets. A key aspect of this role is leading end-to-end ML/AI projects and mentoring junior developers, ensuring model scalability and reliability through continuous research into emerging AI/ML technologies. Candidates must possess a completed university degree specializing in AI/ML or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong proficiency in Python and R. Required technical expertise includes frameworks like scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Keras, experience with AI agent builders (e.g., LangChain), and familiarity with major Cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML) and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
