Job Summary

This exciting part-time internship in Villach offers a committed student in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering the opportunity to drive innovation within Infineon's Power & Sensor Systems division. The primary focus is the development, implementation, and evaluation of a generative AI model designed to efficiently create SystemVerilog code for Integrated Circuit (IC) product development, thereby streamlining design and verification processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate this novel AI solution into existing development workflows. This hands-on experience provides a deep understanding of the entire IC product development lifecycle, from initial design to testing. Key qualifications include a solid foundation in programming concepts, proficiency in Python, and a basic understanding of IC digital design. Candidates with experience in AI, machine learning, and version control systems like GIT are highly preferred, alongside fluent English skills.
