Job Summary

This Junior Scientist role focuses on cutting-edge digital ASIC/MPSoC design within the DireQT project, aiming to develop integrated platforms for quantum information processing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping next-generation quantum system-on-chip solutions. Day-to-day tasks involve designing and verifying digital circuits using advanced FPGA technology and SoCs (like Zynq), utilizing hardware description languages such as System Verilog or VHDL. You will also be responsible for HDL coding for ASIC integration, developing system architecture, and creating comprehensive documentation. Key qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and strong programming proficiency in C/C++, Java, and scripting languages like Python.
