Job Summary

This role is crucial for maintaining the stability and security of critical telecommunications and remote control infrastructure across all company sites. As the primary contact for hardware and software issues, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Level support, focusing on fault localization and resolution to ensure continuous service availability. Key technologies include Fiber Optics (LWL), WDM, MPLS, IP, and VoIP. A major part of the job involves operating and monitoring these systems, conducting performance and capacity analyses, and ensuring compliance with stringent physical security regulations. This position involves accompanying the implementation of new systems into live operation. Given the critical nature of the systems, a high dedication to security and availability is essential for success in this demanding operational role.
