Job Summary

This role involves acting as a crucial link between organizational units and the SAP department, focusing heavily on implementation, optimization, and support of existing and future SAP applications. Day-to-day tasks include advising units on SAP application usage, conducting specialized user support, and monitoring and analyzing IT-supported process flows and interfaces in collaboration with the SAP team. The Key User is also responsible for creating and maintaining user documentation using SAP Enable Now, developing internal technical concepts, and conducting training sessions. Candidates should possess very strong SAP knowledge, foundational business and technical understanding, and a willingness to participate in internal projects.
