Job Summary

This Senior RF IC Design Engineer role is crucial for developing the next generation of NR+ microchips, focusing on cutting-edge FD-SOI technology within the RF and Analog/Mixed-Signal team. The engineer will be responsible for developing behavioral models to drive architectural decisions and deriving block requirements for both analog and digital components. Day-to-day tasks include performing top-level simulations for design validation, close collaboration with the layout team, and executing rigorous pre-tapeout verification, covering power consumption, reliability, and timing analyses. A key component of the role is defining production and lab test plans for post-silicon characterization, supporting lab measurements, and analyzing ATE/lab results to identify and correct yield issues. The ideal candidate must bring multi-year experience in RF/Analog-IC design, expertise in analog design concepts (e.g., noise, stability), and proficiency with industry-standard tools like Cadence Virtuoso.
