Building Services Engineer as Technical Expert (TGA) | Ingenieur Gebäudetechnik als Sachverständiger TGA (w/m/d)

Job Summary

This role involves working independently as a certified technical expert (Sachverständiger) in Building Services Engineering (TGA) within your assigned region. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the safety of technical building equipment and supply systems, specifically focusing on the inspection and testing of ventilation, smoke extraction, pressure ventilation, and fire suppression systems. You will conduct quality control during construction phases, prepare expert reports (Gutachten), and perform necessary measurements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Energy and Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with professional experience in TGA planning, plant construction, and/or operations. Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a service-oriented approach are essential, along with very good written and spoken German skills. This position offers the opportunity to become a legally recognized expert through comprehensive internal training if the necessary official accreditation is not yet held.
