Job Summary

This role focuses on the administration and support of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), acting as the crucial link between end-users and the IT department. Key daily tasks include providing First Level Support for internal and external users, conducting user training, creating technical manuals, and performing comprehensive GIS system administration. The administrator will also be responsible for quality assurance, error analysis, and developing new GIS-related work processes in collaboration with specialized departments. Candidates must possess advanced technical qualifications (Master Craftsman or Technician level) in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience. A strong foundational understanding of electrical systems, databases, and general IT affinity is essential, with prior experience in the energy industry or energy supply being highly desirable.
