Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks an Electrical Engineering Development Engineer to drive the creation of innovative metrological solutions and products, primarily focusing on optical measurement technology for production processes. Day-to-day responsibilities involve validating technical setups through simulation and functional testing, ensuring functionality under specific working conditions, and optimizing solutions to reduce development time, effort, and production costs. A crucial part of the role is leading development projects and coordinating efforts across multidisciplinary teams, including Design, Electronics, Software, and Physics. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, or Physics with an Electrical Engineering focus, coupled with initial professional experience. Essential technical expertise in digital circuit technology, signal processors, and analog circuit technology is required, alongside fluent German and English skills.
