Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to manage the electrical construction and documentation processes for complex machinery and systems in Oberkochen. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed assembly and circuit diagrams, cable lists, and parts lists, utilizing specialized tools like EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD 2D. The engineer will design control cabinets, select appropriate materials, and ensure proper machine cabling, often working within a cleanroom environment. A key function is ensuring strict adherence to relevant electrical regulations and norms, such as the Machinery Directive and EN 60204-1. The role requires supporting the procurement of electrical devices, conducting machine acceptance tests, and coordinating external development and supply partners. Candidates must possess a technical qualification (State-Certified Technician level) in an electrical discipline, demonstrate strong technical knowledge, and exhibit a proactive, responsible, and self-directed work ethic. This position offers a permanent contract with above-standard compensation and a strong prospect of permanent takeover by the client company.
