Job Summary

This senior leadership role focuses on managing the critical Power Systems Digitalization department, which encompasses Asset Management (AM) and Digital System Operation (DSO). The core mission is to leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance the lifespan and operational performance of energy assets and networks, ensuring adaptation to complex grid requirements and the integration of renewable energies. Key responsibilities include leading an international, interdisciplinary team of approximately 75 employees across sites in Arnhem (NL) and Dresden (DE), managing strategic resource allocation, and collaborating closely with Business Development and Project Management. The Head of Department will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions, supporting projects that guarantee a reliable energy supply, and actively participating in the recruitment and development of staff. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant technical or business field and at least five years of leadership experience within the power transmission and distribution sectors. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this international role.
