Job Summary

This role is centered on supporting the global rollout and strategic transition of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management systems, specifically guiding the client from OHSAS 18001 certification to the ISO 45001 matrix standard within the demanding Pharma and Life Science sector. Day-to-day tasks involve harmonizing and improving occupational safety standards, developing specific company-wide OHS guidelines, supporting international fire and occupational protection inquiries, and overseeing management system audits. The manager will define critical activities such as site inspections, emergency measures, and accident analysis, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Key qualifications include a university degree in a technical or natural science field, practical experience with ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 implementation, and strong organizational skills.
