Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing the Financial Management section at the Training Center for Administration (AZV), a central education institution for public administration in Schleswig-Holstein. The manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of three staff members and driving the transition of accounting to the double-entry bookkeeping system (Doppik) by January 1, 2026. Key responsibilities include preparing the business plan and annual financial statements, managing fundamental matters of finance, accounting, and economic planning, and implementing cost accounting and controlling systems. Candidates must hold a university degree (FH) in Business, Social, Legal, or Administrative Sciences, or a relevant administrative qualification, coupled with at least three years of professional experience in budgeting, controlling, and accounting, along with initial leadership experience.
