Job Summary

This role is for a dynamic leader to serve as the Deputy Head of the Consulting division within KOMMA, part of the Training Center for Administration (AZV) in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The successful candidate will lead a team of up to 14 employees, steering the strategic direction and content development of consulting services for public administration clients. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing in-house seminars, consulting services, and large-scale events, while also driving the automation of work processes. The position involves significant client acquisition, networking, and quality assurance, with partial budget responsibility for approximately 2.5 million Euros. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in social, economic, or administrative sciences, pedagogy, or organizational psychology, coupled with substantial experience in personnel and organizational development and leadership, to contribute to the digital transformation of public administration.
