Job Summary

This role within the Manufacturing, Science and Technology (MSAT) unit focuses on providing technical and strategic competence for automation systems supporting commercial pharmaceutical production. The Specialist will offer solution-oriented technical support for production-related automation systems, particularly Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and manage system configuration and change activities in commercial manufacturing, often within a paperless environment. Key responsibilities include analyzing needs, specifying software for manufacturing, supporting IT applications, and leading projects to advance the automation landscape. Candidates must have a degree in engineering or computer science, professional experience in application support, and deep knowledge of GMP, GAMP, and CSV standards. Fluency in both English and German is required, making this an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented professional passionate about digitizing production processes in a regulated environment.
