Job Summary

This role involves acting as an Agile Coach and Consultant within one of Germany's largest insurance groups, HUK-COBURG. The daily work focuses on supporting the strategic development of the department, coaching internal clients on agile product development, and assisting teams currently using classic methodologies. Key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and developing overarching methods and techniques for the software development process, conducting internal training, and implementing customer requirements related to internal tools. The successful candidate will also observe the market for current developments and innovations in software engineering. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or Organizational Psychology, strong data processing know-how, and excellent knowledge of agile frameworks and classic software development approaches. Expertise in modeling using DDD, BPMN, and UML notations, along with Java knowledge, is essential.
