Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating quality assurance efforts as a Test Manager specializing in Software Testing and Automation within one of Germany's largest insurance groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, monitoring, and implementing testing goals, strategies, and standards, ensuring continuous verification of technical test coverage. Key daily tasks include managing technological tools and methods, initiating and coordinating all quality assurance measures, and developing complex, overarching test processes and systems. A crucial aspect is coaching the team on testing and general QA topics, alongside designing and building necessary controlling and reporting instruments (KPIs, Dashboards). This position requires a background in Computer Science or a related field, strong experience in Agile Testing, particularly with mobile (Android/iOS) and web applications, and expertise in modern QA methodologies based on ISTQB standards.
