Day-to-day responsibilities include offering first-line technical support to users both over the phone and in person, managing and installing Windows operating systems, and setting up various hardware components like network devices, printers, and telecommunication systems. You will also actively support major IT initiatives and take ownership of smaller sub-projects. The ideal candidate must have completed training as an IT Specialist focusing on System Integration and ideally possess five years of operational IT experience.
