A core function is making organizational impact visible through effective, minimal metrics and building continuous learning loops via team reviews and structured feedback mechanisms. Furthermore, the role requires the ability to translate complex German legal requirements (such as DSGVO and various Social Codes like SGB VIII/IX/XI/XII) into practical, manageable workplace procedures. Ideal candidates possess a systemic approach, blending practical expertise with strong communication skills, and hold a completed university degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, such as Health Economics or related fields.
