Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the production team responsible for the GMP-compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical therapeutic products derived from blood plasma. The Team Leader ensures all production activities adhere strictly to regulatory standards, including GMP and internal guidelines. Daily tasks encompass executing and meticulously documenting all necessary production sub-steps, preparing and operating PLC-controlled systems and equipment, and managing the timely provision of raw and auxiliary materials, including material movement bookings in SAP. The ideal candidate must possess vocational training as a Chemical or Pharmaceutical Technician, coupled with proven experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing of biological medicines, specifically plasma products, and demonstrated leadership skills.
