Job Summary

This senior leadership role entails comprehensive revenue and earnings responsibility across multiple business segments and geographic regions. The Commercial Director will serve as a critical growth driver, focusing on stabilizing and securing the highly complex China business and significantly multiplying the volume and profitability of the Albumin segment (Non-Therapeutic Use). Daily activities involve promoting growth in strategic partnerships, such as the relationship with Grifols, expanding the existing portfolio into new countries, and identifying new localization projects. Success requires acting as a key strategic impulse generator in the B2B segment and providing regular, detailed reporting to top management regarding progress and planned targets. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Natural Sciences, coupled with extensive, long-term experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or plasma product industry. The position requires strong strategic thinking, diplomatic stakeholder management, and a willingness for frequent international travel.
