Job Summary

This Senior Controller role in Prenzlau, Germany, is crucial for GEA AWP GmbH, a leader in industrial cooling and heating valve manufacturing. The successful candidate will drive financial transparency and efficiency by managing comprehensive reporting, cost control, and optimization of manufacturing and sales costs. Key responsibilities include supporting the setup of internal cost accounting, analyzing production processes to boost profitability, and leading project controlling for investments. The role involves managing the annual budget, creating regular forecasts, and performing variance analyses. Acting as a key interface, the Controller will collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance departments, and play an active part in the corporate SAP S/4 HANA implementation rollout. The position offers long-term security with an unlimited contract and requires a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, multiple years of experience in plant/production controlling, and fluency in German.
