Job Summary
This Release Train Engineer role involves leading and coordinating Program Increment (PI) events to ensure aligned objectives and results across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will coach teams in advanced agile practices, actively identify and remove systemic impediments, and foster a solution-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and process optimization. A core responsibility is managing risks and dependencies within the Release Train while defining and monitoring relevant KPIs for agile initiatives. Key qualifications include a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, coupled with professional experience as an RTE or Agile Coach. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of Lean-Agile practices, ideally backed by a SAFe RTE certification. The position offers a permanent contract and flexible working arrangements, requiring fluency in both German and English.
