Job Summary

This role is centered on the full-cycle development of electronic hardware components, specifically power electronics and analog-digital circuits, destined for Naval Solutions. The engineer drives development from requirement definition through to series readiness, ensuring strict adherence to standards like IPC, VDE, MIL, and EMC. Daily responsibilities include designing complex multilayer PCB layouts (including SMD fine-pitch and BGA/FBGA), managing impedance-controlled lines for HF signals, and integrating critical electronic systems for communication (CAN, Ethernet, I2C) and video processing. Success requires a degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering and multi-year experience developing electronic assemblies, ideally within military or maritime contexts. Strong knowledge of EMC-compliant development, EDA tools, and measurement technology is essential, along with proficient collaboration skills across mechatronics and software teams and the technical supervision of external partners.
