Job Summary

This role involves establishing, developing, and operating IT license management and software procurement processes. The specialist will be responsible for tendering, acquiring, maintaining, and administering campus-wide software licenses, including managing license servers, portal solutions, and the Software Asset Management (SAM) system. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance by tracking licenses and contracts, managing contract terms, and providing expert advice to university departments on licensing matters. The position also includes conducting IT tendering procedures across the university and supporting internal and external software and license audits.
