Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 2nd Level IT support for a globally active IT service provider in Dresden. The specialist will be responsible for the installation and configuration of PC hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and ensuring the reliable operation of IT equipment in offices and conference rooms. Key daily tasks include analyzing and resolving disruptions in both standard and proprietary software and hardware, managing support requests via a ticketing system, and escalating complex issues to 3rd Level Support. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or relevant professional IT experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10, networking, Office applications, and Mobile Device Management. Fluency in German (C1 level) and a Class B driver's license are mandatory qualifications for this exciting, long-term position.
