Job Summary

This role, based in Dresden, involves providing critical 2nd Level IT support for a global IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of endpoints like PCs, laptops, and printers, managing hardware rollouts, and maintaining inventory. A core function is troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to standard and proprietary software and hardware, utilizing a ticketing system for request management and escalation to 3rd Level support when necessary. Candidates must possess completed IT training or significant relevant experience, profound knowledge of Windows 10, networking, Office applications, and Mobile Device Management. Fluency in German (C1 level) and a Class B driver's license are mandatory prerequisites for this stable, full-time position offering an unlimited contract and competitive pay.
