Job Summary

The Project Planner oversees the entire lifecycle, from initial concept to detailed execution, including developing draft, approval, and execution plans, and securing necessary regulatory permits. A significant part of the job involves coordinating with property owners and authorities to secure pipeline rights, as well as preparing comprehensive budgets by calculating quantities and costs, and drafting specifications for civil engineering and installation work.
