This pivotal role as Head of Department, Metering and Measurement Systems, involves taking full technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for the planning, construction, and operation of all metering devices and ripple control technology across various sectors. The successful candidate will drive the digital transformation within the metering sector, ensuring continuous optimization of processes and services while maintaining strict adherence to German calibration laws (Eichrecht) and regulatory requirements such as the MsbG. Key duties include managing budgetary responsibility, fostering a motivating team environment through open communication, and strategically developing the metering operations. The role requires a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, coupled with proven leadership experience and a proactive approach to process improvement.
