Job Summary
This role is for a motivated Customer Service Manager to join BKK firmus, a highly successful and award-winning health insurance provider, as they establish a new location in Essen. As a key "Communication Professional," you will be responsible for advising customers on all matters related to health and social insurance, primarily managing incoming telephone inquiries. The position requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and includes handling online customer service requests via various electronic channels (email, app). Additionally, you will represent the company externally and support sales efforts in acquiring new customers. Candidates should possess completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in a healthcare field such as Social Insurance or Healthcare Management, or demonstrate relevant experience in dialogue marketing or call center operations. Essential requirements include proficiency in MS Office, strong teamwork, and a passion for customer consultation. The position offers high flexibility, including a 35-hour work week with potential for a 4-day schedule and mobile working options.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training (Ausbildung) or a degree (Studium). Ideally in Healthcare Management, Social Insurance Specialist, or as a Medical Assistant.
Experience
- Professional experience in customer service or consultation
- Experience ideally in the field of health or long-term care insurance
- Professional experience in dialogue marketing, call center, or online marketing (as an alternative qualification)
